I'm Wyatt McCafferty — and if there's one thing that's defined my career, it's never being able to sit still when something could be done better.
I started out on commercial job sites, learning the trade from the ground up. Over time I moved toward residential work, then into the back office — project management, sales, insurance claims, B2B sales, and business innovation. Each chapter taught me something different about how things get built, how deals get done, and how costs get passed down to the people who need them.
That last part stuck with me. I've seen firsthand why services cost what they cost — employees, overhead, insurance, margins. I get it. But I also know there's a gap between what things should cost and what most people end up paying. Atlas R&C is my answer to that gap.
Why I Do This
I love working with homeowners — whether it's a full remodel bringing a big idea to life, or just fixing that one thing that's been bugging you for months. I've tinkered on motors and electronics since I was a kid and I've always needed to know how things work and how to make them work better. That curiosity never went away — it just grew into a career.
